Brief Description
Lee Noble's creation. This is the man who developed the Mclaren F1 chassis and Ultima to mention a few. The GTO3R was rigid chassis, configured with for natural oversteer, light 1,000KG, with twin Turbo-Charged Ford V6 Druatec.
Reliability
I was amazed with the build quality and reliability of this car. Unlike the demised, TVR, Noble kept things simple utilising mass produced parts rather than bespoke. The only weak point was the exhaust mountings which broke twice - cheap fix. |

Performance
This machine takes your breath away. 0 - 60 = 3.6, 0- 100= 8 seconds. It was capable of inching superbikes, on one occasion an R1 could not pass me from a standing start to 120. The most impressive though was the chassis, the grip levels far exceeded my drive capabilities but the ride was better than my 911 S - neither crashing nor a boneshaker. It was a pure car to reward the best of drivers (not me) none of this 4WD point and go business. |

Practicality
Had to send my girlfriend on the train to her parents for Christmas as there was not space for her and the presents - that sums it up. |

Comfort
Ride was massively comfortable, only slight annoyance was the slightly offset driving position that resulted in knee ache on long journeys |

Cost
Insurance was reasonable on a limited mileage. Consumption was not great but could be reasonable if kept out of boost. Not noticably worse than 911. This will humble exotica - it a steal! |

Overall Rating
I would recommend that everyone owns this car in there life. The problem is that nothing from there on will live up to it. |
